The patented metallic bond, which is durable and repairable, dissipates heat and tolerates differences in the coefficient of thermal expansion, is integrated into a closed-loop RF circuit that monitors performance, featuring sputtered film electrodes, spring-loaded contacts, and redundant RTDs to monitor PZT.

Easy Implamentation with the IMPulse VQ Interface

The ProSys IMPulse VQ Interface is specifically designed to allow easy and fast integration of ProSys megasonic products in place of certain legacy megasonic systems manufactured by Verteq Systems.

Plug and Play replacement

Megasonic products supplied by Verteq Systems have been discontinued for over 10 years. There remains a large installed base of those products that are candidates for replacement with ProSys products. The VQI will facilitate the installation of ProSys products into tools and systems while maintaining the original/OEM host tool controls and components.
