Plate Assembly

The patented ProSys Plate Assembly is the foundation of our Direct Megasonic System. The transducer assembly bolts onto a process tank, forming its bottom. Direct coupling of acoustic energy to the process chemistry improves sonic field uniformity and enables measurement of operating conditions.
